We will respond as soon as possible. To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include the browser you are using, a short description of the problem, and any relevant order reference.
2. Technical Issues
When reporting a technical problem, please describe what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and the browser and version you are using. Screenshots are helpful where possible.
If the issue involves notices not appearing, please confirm that you were signed in to the IIT Kharagpur ERP and had opened the relevant notice board, since the Extension relies on that session.
3. Payment and Refund Issues
For a payment or activation problem, please include:
- the email address used for the purchase;
- the approximate date and time of payment;
- the order or transaction reference, if available;
- a short description of the issue.
PRO purchases are final and non-refundable, as explained in our Refunds & Cancellations policy. We will still investigate duplicate charges and payments that we were unable to deliver against.
4. Licence Recovery
If you have purchased PRO and need to restore it on another browser or device, use the email verification option inside the Extension. A one-time code will be sent to the email address associated with your licence.
If you have lost access to that email address, or the recovery process is not working, contact us at the address above and describe the situation.
5. Privacy Requests
For access, correction, or deletion requests relating to your personal data, or any question about how your data is handled, email us at the address above. Please see our Privacy Policy for details of what we hold and how long we keep it.
6. What Not to Send
Please never send us your IIT KGP ERP password or OTP, your UPI PIN, card number, CVV, or net-banking password. We do not need any of these, and we will never ask you for them. Anyone requesting them while claiming to represent this project should be treated as untrustworthy.
7. About the Project
KGP Placement Form Tracker is an independent software project intended to help IIT Kharagpur students organise placement and internship opportunities, application links and deadlines.
It is not an official IIT Kharagpur service, website, application, or institute-endorsed product. For matters concerning the ERP itself, placement policy, or official application processes, please contact the relevant institute office directly.
